The Product Settings tab in DigiCommerce provides essential configuration options for managing your digital products, including URL structures and product page settings. This section helps you optimize your product organization and presentation.
Product URLs Configuration

The URL settings allow you to customize how your product-related URLs are structured:
- Product Base: Define the base slug for individual product pages
- Default:
digital-product
- Example URL:
your-site.com/digital-product/product-name

- Product Category Base: Set the base slug for product category pages
- Default:

Important URL Considerations:
- Changing URLs of existing products will break current links
- Search engines will need to reindex modified content
- Bookmarked or shared links will cease to function
- It’s recommended to set up 301 redirects before changing URLs
- Use unique slugs to avoid conflicts with other eCommerce plugins
Product Post Type Settings

This option is to disable individual product pages when selling through the DigiCommerce button, shortcode or via your own custom link. So basically if you don’t need to display the default product page, you can activate this setting.
This configuration ensures proper organization of your digital products while maintaining flexibility in how you present and sell them to your customers.
